Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all services provided by Limo44 (hereinafter "Limo44" or "we"), based in Zurich, Switzerland. By booking a service, the customer (hereinafter "Customer" or "you") accepts these T&C.

2. Services

Limo44 offers the following services:

• Chauffeur service and limousine hire with driver
• Airport transfers (Zurich, Basel, Geneva and others)
• Intercity rides within Switzerland and to neighbouring countries
• Event and occasion rides (weddings, galas, etc.)
• Hourly bookings

3. Booking and Contract Formation

A booking may be made via the online booking form on our website, by email or by telephone. The contract is formed upon confirmation of the booking by Limo44.

The following information is required when booking: name, contact details, pickup location, destination, date and time, number of passengers and preferred vehicle.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Prices are based on the estimated travel distance and the selected vehicle. All stated prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include value-added tax.

4.2 Additional Costs

Waiting times exceeding 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time will be charged additionally. Toll fees, parking fees and comparable expenses will be passed on to the customer.

4.3 Payment Methods

Payment may be made by credit card, Twint, bank transfer or cash. For payments by invoice, the payment term is 14 days.

5. Cancellation and Changes

5.1 Cancellation by the Customer

• Up to 24 hours before the ride: free cancellation
• 12-24 hours before the ride: 50% of the fare
• Less than 12 hours before the ride: 100% of the fare
• No-show : 100% of the fare

5.2 Cancellation by Limo44

Limo44 reserves the right to cancel a booking for good cause (e.g. force majeure, vehicle breakdown). In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an alternative solution will be offered.

6. Customer Obligations

The customer undertakes to:

• Arrive punctually at the agreed pickup location
• Treat the vehicle with care
• Not transport any illegal substances in the vehicle
• Not obstruct the chauffeur in the performance of their duties
• Compensate for any damage to or soiling of the vehicle

7. Liability

7.1 Liability of Limo44

Limo44 is liable for personal injury in accordance with statutory provisions. For property damage and financial loss, Limo44 is liable only in cases of wilful misconduct and gross negligence. Liability for delays due to traffic, weather or other unforeseeable circumstances is excluded.

7.2 Luggage and Personal Belongings

Limo44 assumes no liability for personal belongings left behind or damaged in the vehicle, unless the damage was caused by gross negligence on the part of the chauffeur.

8. Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA).

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

10. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
